Not an ERP.
A count-first scanner.

Most inventory apps drift into invoicing, suppliers, and accounting. This one stays in its lane: scan, count, export. That's the whole product.

What this isn't

  • An inventory management suite
  • A warehouse ERP
  • Invoicing or accounting software
  • Supplier or purchase-order tracking
  • A multi-user team platform

What it is

  • A fast barcode scanner that counts
  • A clean CSV export Excel & Sheets respect
  • A cycle-count tool with variance reports
  • Local-first with silent iCloud backup
  • Free, with no ads or subscription
Features

Built for one job.
Done well.

Every feature exists to help you get an accurate count out the door — nothing more.

Fast barcode scanning

EAN-8/13, UPC-A/E, Code 39/128, and QR. Sub-100ms recognition with auto-increment on duplicates — no manual taps to count repeats.

Excel & Sheets-ready CSV

Clean column names, UTF-8 BOM, ISO dates. Drops into spreadsheets without the messy column-splitting dance other apps force on you.

Cycle-count workflow

Recount a session and get expected vs. actual variance — exported to CSV with `expected_quantity`, `counted_quantity`, and `variance`. No competitor offers this.

Manual quantity stepper

Inline −/+ buttons and tap-to-edit on every row. Fix a miscount, set a known starting figure, or count manually when scanning isn't worth it.

CSV import to seed SKUs

Already have a product list? Import a CSV once and every scan binds to existing names — no renaming hundreds of items by hand.

Silent iCloud sync

Sessions back up automatically to your private iCloud. Restore on a new iPhone or iPad with zero setup — no account required, no third-party servers.

How It Works

Four taps from start
to spreadsheet.

No setup wizard. No accounts. Open the app, start counting.

01

New session

Name the count — "Friday stock", "Q2 audit", "Booth 14". One tap to start.

02

Scan

Point at barcodes. Duplicates increment automatically. Name unfamiliar SKUs once and they stick.

03

Adjust

Use the −/+ stepper to fix miscounts. Search by name or code to find a row in a long list fast.

04

Export

Tap export. CSV opens in Numbers, Excel, or Sheets — column headers and dates already correct.

Cycle Count

Recount with variance, in one tap.

Open any past session in recount mode and the app remembers the previous totals as expected. Scan again, and counted quantities populate a side-by-side comparison.

The variance CSV exports with expected_quantity, counted_quantity, and variance columns. Hand it to a manager, drop it in a spreadsheet, or attach it to the audit report — done.

Why this app

Three things you
won't lose sleep over.

Inventory tools have a reputation for being painful. Here's how this one isn't.

No ads. No subscription.

Free to download and use. No "premium tier" gating exports, no banner ads in the middle of a count.

Your data stays in your iCloud.

Sync runs over Apple's CloudKit private database. We never see your sessions, and there's no third-party server in the loop.

Restore with zero setup.

New iPhone? New iPad? Sign in with the same Apple ID and your sessions are already there. No accounts to remember, no migrations.

Get the count
over with.

Free download. No account. No subscription. Just a clean stock count and a CSV that opens cleanly.
